Joe Cronin’s Comeback From Jinx Spurred by Thumb and Heart
The piece chronicles Joe Cronin returning to form after two years of misfortune and a nagging jinx. It highlights injuries including a broken wrist from 1934, a thumb issue, and the impact on his Washington Nationals tenure.
