UHS Grads Split On College Plans In Utah Study
Len Bennett reports on a survey of 5 395 Utah high school graduates about continuing education. 4 451 expect to support themselves with parental help while in school. He argues a $3 billion scholarship program is unnecessary and favors a loan plan for those who need aid, funded by a limited number of borrowers repaid after graduation.
