Charles R Henderson of the Tela Vision Company proposed using existing Mountain States Tel and Utah Power and Light facilities. He claimed a color capable system could offer three channels and more later. A Springville pair, Robert Smith and his father, sought licenses for subscription TV and retailing revolving sets, claiming preliminary tech work done and installation within two weeks.
