Yaeger Honored With Campus Building Dedication in Rangely
CNCC will dedicate a campus building to Bernard F. Yaeger, a longtime Rangely educator, businessman, and former mayor. He arrived in 1947 and shaped local education, media, and culture, guiding bond campaigns, theatre ownership, and community planning. The ceremony is set for December 5 with tours and refreshments to follow.

Federal grazing fee proposal seeks market value by 1980
Proposals in the Federal Register call for grazing fees on federal rangelands to rise toward fair market value over the next few years. Public comment due February 23. The rule would set 1978 fees at 1.89 per animal unit month, then rise annually to reach market value by 1980 or 1981. Copies available from Forest Service and BLM offices.
