Services Held to Traffic Victims in Neavern Ward Chapel
Funeral services were held for three of the four Naples traffic victims on Wednesday in the First ward chapel. Harold D. R. Odeckirk and Grant McCoy Preece received double rites at 11 a.m. with Bishop William B. Wallis officiating. Speakers included Asher Manwaring and Jesse A. Haws. Soloists were George C. Davis and Harvey Knight, with accompanist Mrs. Eaton. Honor guards from Witbeck post, No. 11, American Legion presented colors. Pallbearers and survivors listed, graves at Vernal Memorial Park. Dale Goodrich also honored with services later the same day in Naples.
