Jactbeon and Wives Attend Funeral of YWles Stevens
Mr and Mrs D O Jactbeon and Weelly and Lernon with their wives left Sunday for East Lake City to attend the funeral services of YWles Stevens Me Jacobson a mother in law. They accompanied the remains to Ephraim where the interment was made. Mira Tillie Bell accompanied her lab girly to the UWHI. C Tunesday morning Hertha Meld returned home Saturday from Neola where she spent.

Utah Woolgrowers Call on State to Cut Assessments
A Utah woolgrowers committee asked the state board of agriculture to reduce sheep assessments. Pioneer Bore at Moffat Tunnel Nears 90 Percent Complete
Engineers report the Pioneer bore of the Moffat tunnel project is approaching completion with about 90 percent done. Progress shows east side advance of 15053 feet and west side 12727 feet, while the parallel railroad headings measure 16577 feet east portal and 12038 feet west portal. The east railroad tunnel is enlarged to full size for 13392 feet and the west portal section is over 7390 feet completed.
