Uintah Proposes Two State Road Projects to Vernal Area
Uintah County officials urged the state highway department to include two road projects in the 1427 budget one for 10 miles of state road from the Roosevelt connection toward Vernal and another for about six miles from Vernal toward Jensen. They believed county taxes could match federal aid for the first project and hoped state funds would match federal aid for the second, which would create a Vernal Jensen state one connection.
