Official Explains Value of Rehabilitation Program
Representatives from the vocational rehabilitation department and the state department of public instruction announce an interview day on Friday April 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the employment office. They will assess individuals with physical disabilities needing hospital care equipment or training. Easter party honors visiting teachers by Retief Society
The Retief Society presidency hosted an Easter party Friday afternoon at Alice Snow’s home for visiting teachers. A large crowd of ladies attended. Mr. and Mrs. Pierre Morgan traveled to Salt Lake City to bring their daughter Ellen home for the Easter break. Arlene Dudley and a friend visited Arlene’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. DeMarr Dudley. The girls attend St. Mary’s of the Wasatch. Elaine Murray works at Curt’s Cash Store. Jensen Homemakers club met April 14 at Mrs. Alice Merkley’s home with Easter readings during roll call led by Miss Ruby Smith, county demonstration agent.
