Low bids include Christensen Brothers for general contract 509400, Palmer Christensen for plumbing 88186, and Electric Service of Price for electrical 15533.79. Board members met in Vernal to decide how to cover the increase, considering reducing the building, seeking extra funds, postponing construction, or negotiating further with contractors to cut costs by material substitutions.
