The last will of Charles B. Oxley was admitted to probate in Bluffton circuit court. Dated March 4, 1916, it directs payment of debts and expenses, then to Lorinda M. Oxley if she remains a widow. Upon remarriage she receives 25 dollars and the remainder passes to nine children: Jocia Ferguson twenty five? and the rest divided among Albert C. Margaret A. Alexander Tempa E. Ida M. Fred Odia L. Leonard L. Pearl L. Oxley for life and then in fee simple.
