Giant condominium project eyed for Union Township
A public meeting October 16 at the Butler County Courthouse Annex will review a 7 700 unit condominium plan by Corn Communities Co. in a 1 800 acre area north of Beckett Road south of Tylersville Road and west of I 75. The project could add over 20 000 residents over 15 years and is expected to include single family homes and business pockets within the Lakota School District.
