Three Hurt In Monroe Gas Fire At Texas Eastern Terminal
Three workers were injured in an explosion at the Texas Eastern Gas Co. terminal in Monroe last Wednesday. Kenneth Foster and Vance Stowe suffered burns, Ellis McCormick had abrasions and was released. Fire Chief Earl Hiteshue said two workers were present when sparks sparked the blast and damage estimates await a safety official.
