Missing cannon shells and parachute found in Warren County
Investigators search for 20 millimeter shells dropped near Columbia Road Kings Mills after a truck bound for Wright Patterson Air Force Base last week. A parachute and a six inch shell were turned in by Stanley Wolf who found both near Kings High School. Four shells have been recovered. Chinese officials warn detonation risk if mishandled.

Architect Alvin Voohris reported Hopewell Junior School and high school additions are progressing on time despite heavy spring rains. Superintendent Henderson expects the projects to be usable in September. The board also accepted several resignations and hired new teachers for 1973 74, while confirming 335 graduates, the largest in Lakota High School history.
