Clifton Park vote on two controversial developments tonight
Clifton Park Town Board will decide on Country Knolls West a 82 unit project on a 377 acre Jonesville site and Crescent Estates South a 615 home plan on 226 acres in Clifton Park and Halfmoon. Opponents warn of traffic overcrowding and loss of neighborhood character while developers cite modest lot sizes and comparable growth. The planning board has already approved both projects.
