County to add funds for handicapped education in 1977

Saratoga County plans a $32,000 increase to cover 80 percent of the cost of educating physically handicapped children. Budget director Arthur Eggleston said the state will raise aid by 20 percent annually until it covers full costs, with 1977 as the start.
