The Grist Mill crafts cooperative opens in Valley Falls
The Grist Mill in Valley Falls hosts a grand opening for a crafts cooperative of six local businesses in a former grist mill. Visitors admire woven baskets, pottery, dolls houses, stained glass, books, and more as Sally Harder and Janet Weber describe plans to expand and teach ceramics. The shop will feature daily hours until Christmas and then Thursday to Sunday access, with credit cards accepted in January.
