The Cohoes Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing Wednesday December 7 in City Hall to consider three variances. Leo Shepard seeks an extension of a tavern at 245 Remsen Street Daniel Page seeks a two car garage at 120 Linden Avenue Marsina Domini seeks creation of two lots at 80 3rd Street After the hearing the board will meet at the Community Development Agency to decide. The date change from December 8 was made due to a joint planning commission workshop December 8.
