Grand jury action looms in Lavelle case at city tavern
A 16 year old Lavelle and an adult suspect faced police after a tavern gun incident and a linked safe burglary. Officers recovered a .38 revolver and about $400. both were arraigned on burglary and larceny charges plus weapons possession. Investigators traced travel to AlbanyRutland and Rutland trips amid the dramatic Saturday arrest.
