Green Island plans first step toward zoning board
Mayor Michael R. McNulty outlines creating a village planning board to guide future land use with the Albany County Planning Board and Capital District Regional Planning Commission. The move, aimed at controlling commercial, industrial and residential development, could lead to a zoning code and a zoning board of appeals.
