Legal Aides Assigned For Election Contro l

Man Stricken At Mass Dies In Hospital

Willard B. Steenburg of 472nd Ave died after being stricken during Mass at St. Patrick's Church. A Cohoes-born WWII Army veteran, he lived in Troy 25 years, worked 15 years as a Green Island Bridge tender, and was a Brotherhood of Railway Employes member. Survived by wife Mary Brady Steenburg a daughter and three grandchildren. Requiem High Mass to be held at St. Patrick's Church after services at McLoughlin Funeral Home. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.

Pinball satellite docks in orbit above Brazil from Cape Kennedy

NASA reports ATS 3 the Applications Technology Satellite reached a stationary high orbit above Brazil after a 45 second motor burn. The craft will test communications navigation and weather prediction systems with experiments including three baseball sized steel balls for navigation tests. Other missions this week include Surveyor 6 ESSA 6 and a Saturn V test launch at Cape Kennedy.

Rites Conducted For Miss Frances Stack

The funeral of Miss Frances T. Stack was held yesterday from J. W. Burns Sons Fifth Avenue Chapel and Sacred Heart Church. A four concelebrated Requiem High Mass was led by Rev. Clement J. Handron with Rev. David Jones, M.M. assisting. Interment followed at St. Mary's Cemetery with Father Handron officiating.
