Troy youth accused of larceny in auto parts case

Det John J Noonan of Gallant Auto Electric Service reported a theft by Carter 22, of River Street, Troy. Police say Carter, a former part time employee, asked to buy ignition tools and allegedly used the owner’s name to charge them, waiving action by a county grand jury. He was arrested Friday and arraigned in Troy Court.
