Watervliet moves ahead on a $240,000 HUD funded housing rehabilitation program to aid areas One and Two. Applications for low interest loans on insulation and utility work will begin mid January under the direction of Charles Patricelli and James Sage. Public comments on the environmental review are due by December 30.
