Case Dismissed On Request of Attorney
Colonie Justice of the Peace Frank Tate Jr. dismissed the case against Florence H. Ciel lewitz of 35 A Dana Ave Albany on the request of her attorney Alty Joseph Micare. The case arose after a collision at Columbia Street Ext and Old Louton Road where Ciel lewitz was ticketed for failing to stop at a stop sign. Mrs. Andrew J. Baldwin was involved. both were treated at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
