Boy awarded 6500 in settlement after street collision
The Rensselaer County Judge approved a 6500 award in a settlement for Arthur J. Redcross four year old son of Mrs Beverly A Redcross struck by James B Wells of Troy. The incident occurred September 14 when the boy walked into the street in front of his home. He was treated at St Marys Hospital eight days for a chin and scalp laceration and ruptured spleen later removed. Medical expenses totaled 1132 with Blue Cross and Blue Shield reimbursing all but 50. Attorney J Albert Barsamian represented the boy and his mother.
