The Board of Supervision accepted bids from Hewitt Bros Inc and Paul Niemann Construction Co for four divisions of road stone. Division I awarded to Hewitt Bros for 9 900 tons on road at 1 62 and 3 750 tons crushed and loaded at 1 15. Division II to Paul Niemann for 9 200 tons on road at 1 76 and 9 750 tons screened at 1 15. Division III to Paul Niemann for 9 800 tons on road at 1 58 and 3 750 tons crushed at 1 15. Division IV to Paul Niemann for 8 000 tons on road at 1 73 and 3 750 tons crushed at 1 15. Total cost 77 346 00.
