Washington Snapshots on Banking Inquiry and Recovery Era

Beyond income tax matters, the case centers on past transactions and forsaken conditions, five years after the banking rush. Governor Albert C. Ritchie of Maryland addressed 2,500 National Association of Retail Grocers members at Atlantic City on code ethics under the New Deal, as William Green of the AFL urged the NRA to enforce a thirty-hour workweek in each industrial code.
