Thompson area residents hosted weekend visitors including Larry Cabeen and Francis Schlemmer from nearby towns, Miss Nina Stanberry from Champaign, and Miss Robyn Weber from Shannon. The group traveled from Urbana to Stransdale Airport and back, with several students from the University of Illinois. Mr and Mrs Don Schoening moved from their Thom son area farm to the former Francis Hoff home in Thomson. Nancy Johnson purchased the Schoening farm and plans to move in June with her parents for house remodeling. Roy Houzena of Fulton visited Russel Green and Edna Roggendorf.
