Carroll County Board Proceedings April 20 1937 Mt Carroll Illinois
Carroll County Board met at the Mt Carroll courthouse on April 20 1937 with Chairman Carson presiding. The board seated new members, elected a permanent chairman Robert C Carson, approved vacation bills, named grand jury for June 1937, approved delegates to a state convention, and discussed motor fuel tax allocations and highway plans. Reports from county officers were reviewed and approved, including finance and school reports, with transfers to Mothers Pension and highway funds.
