Treasurer Foresees Land Sale Over Unpaid Assessments
Roy I. Houghton treasurer of the district, at his Thomson Illinois office, urges payment by March 10 1948 of the first 110th installment of the ninth assessment of benefits. If unpaid, the several tracts will be sold as allowed by law to cover amounts and costs. Dated January 23 1948.
