They faced challengers Yvonne McGinty and Philip Brach with vote counts Dykstra 115 Halfman 104 Brach 40 McGinty 65 and two write in votes. Funeral Services Monday for Mrs Ellen Alspaugh
Services were held Monday at Bosma Funeral Home Fulton for Mrs Ellen Alspaugh who died Saturday at Harbor Crest Nursing Home in Fulton. Born November 11, 1890 in Warren Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Augustus and Caroline Swanson Johnson. Survived by son David in Glen Ellyn and daughter Roberta Buttel in Fulton, four grandchildren.

High School Musicians Compete in Ashton Saturday
