Water corridor plan adds redundancy with new 12 inch line
The town considers a second 12 inch line and spur connections to form a loop with valves to redirect water during breaks. Options include a second storage tank near the Warren County Fairgrounds and a wider loop costing about 10 million dollars. Redundant lines would run from 16th Street to Dominion and between Rockland Road and Toray Drive. Mayor cites broader customer need and non taxpayer funding via user fees as the plan’s funding approach.
