Neighbors oppose proposed Willow Brook Danes kennel plan
Warren County Board of Supervisors will revisit Michael Gibson’s bid to run a dog breeding kennel at 387 Rit enour Hollow Road with 16 adults and 15 puppies, seeking a permit to house up to 20 dogs. Neighbors Eddie Hartsell and Carol Taylor oppose the six foot fence and setback relaxations, citing view impact. A public hearing is set for 7:30 p.m. August 15 at the Warren County Government Center.
