Clay M Curtis of Welch was found guilty of the 2014 first degree murder of Simon Funk by a Warren County jury. He received life imprisonment plus a three year minimum for firearm use in a felony with a Sept 18 sentencing hearing set by Circuit Court Judge Clifford Athey.
