Pair arrested after two county car chase
A man and a woman were arrested after a chase spanning Warren and Frederick counties. Jennifer Miller, 39, of Winchester, faces heroin possession with intent to distribute. David Dill, 39, of Stephens City, is charged with eluding a police officer, driving with a revoked license, and DUI. a parole violation warrant was also served. The pursuit began near Rocky Glen Road and Winchester Road at 12:15 a.m., then moved onto Macedonia Church Road and White Oak Road before stops. Miller is detained at Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center. Dill is held without bond at the Adult Detention Center.
