Downtown merchants prepare a Taste of the Town event on Friday night at various spots along Main Street. Local shoppers can sample foods from participating eateries and enjoy live music as the community gathers for a downtown social.
The school marks 125 years while reflecting on a 1927 fire that reshaped the campus. A prior plan to close Bedford’s secondary school was undone by the Front Royal site’s need for a new building Somer Paye Hall after the blaze.

Front Royal event mobilizes Warren County bikers for Linden Volunteer Fire Department second annual Memorial Ridin for Row fundraiser. Originated by Jeremey Lawrence to honor co founder and former chief Ron Peregoy who died at 50 in March 2015. Proceeds support department needs.
