The court fixes June 7 1955 at 10:00 am in Wakefield for the hearing and requires publication in Wakefield News plus mailed notices to interested parties. The accompanying probate notice for Eunice Knighton estate sets July 21 1955 as claim filing and hearing date with notice to known parties.
