Jackson’s battle with debt and addiction ends in hope
Tiffany Jackson, Elkton area resident, fought substance abuse for years and now lives with her husband Patrick and two youngest children on Greenwood Road. She faces large state child support debt totaling over 30 000 dollars, due to jail time and ongoing interest, while she works as Macaroni Kid director of marketing from home and advocates for policy change to spare families from crushing obligations.
