Elkton backup site chosen for Stonewall Park memorial chimney
Elkton residents Pham and June Chopra donate a memorial chimney to honor prisoners marched from Charlottesville toward the Shenandoah Valley. The monument's land ownership is under review with possible sites at Swift Run Gap South or Shenandoah National Park. The project plans to add more names to a plaque, with 198 named so far.
