Removal of Road Overseer Fogarty in Custer county
In a Custer county board session the petition to remove M S Fogarty, Road Overseer of District No 3, was considered. Fogarty was sworn and examined. due to neglect of duty the board ordered his removal and declared the office vacant. The meeting also redefined road district boundaries, naming H D Baker to oversee the expanded area and to claim county machinery and tools. Additional bonds for commissioners and sheriff were approved. numerous accounts and prisoner provisions were reviewed with expenses listed. The board adjourned sine die.
