George Supple Loses Finger In Bread Cutting Accident
Mr and Mrs Carl Supple were away when their six year old son George cut the end of a finger off while cutting bread. He told the doctor the severed part was eaten by chickens. The finger was severed between the first and second joints. The family lives east of town on Salt street.

All the Fans Will Be There at Doyles Town Baseball

Former Rittman resident Warren Hosier dies in Cleveland
Warren Hosier aged about 84 and formerly of Rittman and Wooster was found dead in a Cleveland hotel. He had worked for American Telephone and Telegraph Co and was a Wooster High School graduate of 1906. Survived by his mother Mrs Eric Hosier and four sisters in Kenton Akron Canton and Cleveland. His body was taken to Wooster grandmother Mrs Sarah J Bente’s home for burial.
