Community Fund Trustees Elected at Rittman Meeting
Three trustees were elected at the annual Rittman Community Fund meeting in City Hall. New trustees are Mrs Margaret Benek Mrs Stanley Tyska and Mrs Thelma Gwaltney. Hold-overs include W H Hauenstein Mary Ethel Cummings H W Mongey and Mayor Bud Hoover who presided. Hauenstein reported a 1989 77 balance after 764 16 spent on direct relief over 12 months with 300 reimbursed by the county. The fund remains an emergency group aiding needy cases until county aid arrives. The trustees will study welfare rehabilitation needs and coverage by agencies.
