Former Local Boy 15 Married in Columbus
The Columbus Dispatch and Dayton Journal report the marriage of Charles C Conley, son of Mrs Mary Sheets, and Miss Margaret Frazer, in Columbus on July 25. Conley, a 1918 graduate of the local high school, later earned a BS from Otterbein College in 1933 and has worked as a chemist in Dayton. The bride, from Westerville, Otterbein graduate of 1923, is a Dayton art instructor, musician, and sculptor. The couple reside in Dayton and were also noted for Conley’s leadership in Dayton Y activities.

Farewell Surprise at the Lieberth Home
A pleasant farewell gathering was held at Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Lieberth’s country home Saturday evening for their daughter Miss Margaret who leaves for a nursing course at Mercy Hospital Canton Ohio. About 36 guests from Barberton Louisville Canton Warwick Rittman Doylestown Birmingham Ala joined with music games and a marshmallow and wiener roast. Miss Margaret received many gifts and best wishes for her new work.
