Grand Jury Indicts Four Local Persons in County Case
Wayne County Grand Jury returned indictments against Millard and Della Watts of Rittman for aiding a fugitive and impeding the processes of the law. The fugitives were James Perry and Paul Boyes, robbers of the Fairfield bank. Perry is at large, Boyes captured. Additional indictments include Paul Maleuit and James Chapman for burglary, Roberts son of Marshallville for a like charge, Paul Kelly of Rittman for data theft, and Nelson Boyes for driving while intoxicated.
