City council weighs new street project amid injunction risks
The council, minus Lance on both sessions, opened with routine orders. An ordinance to fund damages for a proposed street linking Sterlingave with Main St faced delay after a common pleas court injunction halted further action. Solicitor Hoover plans to seek dissolution this week. Receipts since last meeting totaled 63, with a 300 gap to settle a paving dispute with the brick company and Trippeer. Street numbering was briefly discussed as adjournment loomed.
