Sheriff Glen A. Rike probes a two car collision west of Rittman that killed three year old Reda Bratcher and injured three others. Reda Bratcher, of Medina Street, died at the scene. Also hurt were Reda’s aunt Mildred Bratcher and cousin Katherine Bratcher, plus Isaac Rufener and Clemon Bratcher. Funeral services set for 2 pm Saturday in Gilstrap Kentucky.
