Ludwig Guessing Contest At Local Jewelry Store
The Ludwig jewelry store held a guessing contest for Rittman High School graduates. Hazel Hoff won by guessing the clock would stop at 9 20, but it stopped at 10 35. Mary Castor was next with 12 o’clock. The stunt drew much interest among graduates.

Auto overturns near Rittman injuring passenger Amstutz
Jesse Young's car overturned in a ditch after a collision with a car from Seville driven by Leatherman on the cider road near a small bridge east of Rittman. Hazel Fenn Divorced in Wooster Common Pleas Court
Hazel Fenn of Rittman was granted a divorce from her husband in Wooster after a nine year marriage. They separated about three years ago and have three children, two of whom live with the husband in Pennsylvania. The couple formerly resided at Chippewa Lake before the separation. The wife testified of abuse and cruelty, and attorney Karl Hoover represented Mrs Fenn.
