Ruth Wenderson files for divorce alimony and custody in common pleas court of Medina County against Roy Ek Henderson. Plaintiff cites gross neglect of duty. Henderson, once a Rittman resident with a plumbing shop, disappeared over a year ago. his address is unknown.
Rev. Mahlon Wolfe pastor of Seville Presbyterian and former local church minister spoke at the funeral of A I Root. Wolfe, a distant relative, said Root inspired him to enter the ministry.
