Trial of Boyd Chance for manslaughter scheduled today
The trial of Boyd Chance, 31, of Rittman, indicted for second degree Manslaughter in the death of Irvin McCloud of Rittman, a passenger in the Chance car, after a collision with a truck near Rittman on March 1, is set in Wooster Common Pleas Court following a postponement.
