A new site for a proposed project with over 15 acres on W Sunset is presented to the council by N Ralph Repke of Herberich Hall Harter Akron real estate. The plan foresees 53 homes on three blocks with three new streets and varied floor plans. Prices range from 9350 to 12700 with FHA approval possible and veterans able to buy with about 500 down.
A colored sound film by K W Osborne depicted Playtown USA to illustrate how any town can develop recreation facilities for all ages. It shows unused indoor and outdoor space and promotes a community program. A ladies night is scheduled for Monday March 15.
