The village clerk will receive bids until noon July 13 1946 for materials or labor to construct a sanitary sewer on Wayne Street. Plans and forms available at the clerk’s office. Each bid must include full names of all interested firms and be accompanied by a certified check of 500 dollars from a solvent Wayne County bank as bid security. Checks returned if bids are rejected. returned after contract execution and securing. The village reserves right to reject any or all bids.
